Join Zingerman’s Creamery and BAKE! for a Friday evening event that’s a foodie match made in heaven. You’ll learn how to make your own fresh mozzarella, then use it on a thin-crust, New York-style pizza, which we’ll bake and enjoy in class. The next time you reach for the phone to order pizza delivery, you'll remember it's fun and a lot more flavorful to make it yourself.
You’ll go home with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, any leftover mozzarella, extra pizza dough and extra sauce for your own at-home pizza creations.
Event will be held at the BAKE! School located next door to the Creamery at 3723 Plaza Drive. Masks are required.
Our classes (except for family classes & kids camps) are for adults 17 & up.
