Join us to get into the holiday spirit and make four festive, fancy cookies, worthy of your family cookie plate. It is guaranteed fun and is known to inspire new family traditions!
This year’s cookie lineup has a little bit of everything—nutty, spicy, chocolatey, and fruity, there's a cookie for every taste. We’ve chosen one pure classic, two classics transformed into more modern American versions and a newish cookie we bet will become a family standard.
A traditional holiday cookie with a sweet, fruity swirl of raspberry flavor. Very pretty and fun to make!
Our twist on this European classic is a bar cookie loaded with nuts on an almond shortbread base.
The bite-sized cousin of traditional madeleines—French sponge cake baked in a shell-shaped pan. Ours are loaded with flavor from warming spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger (and don’t require special bakeware).
The stunner of the cookie platter, these dark chocolate cookies are rich and fudgy, and, after embossing and glazing, truly look as good as they taste.
We’re once again offering an optional kit for Fancy Schmancy Holiday Cookies for those who would like to make baking cookies at home as easy as possible. It includes (almost!) everything you need for this year's Fancy Schmancy Holiday Cookie lineup and ingredients will come already scaled for your baking pleasure.
* Please note, if you sign up for a virtual class you will receive your recipes and the ingredient and equipment list at least three weeks before your class.
