Savory Pies 2.0

Pies aren’t just for dessert—they can also be savory and just as satisfying for lunch or dinner. In this hands-on class, we’ll delve into a new batch of tasty savory pies from around the world. We’ll teach you to make, assemble, and bake three different pies: Tourtiere, a French Canadian pork pie from Quebec; Fatayer, a Middle-Eastern spinach pie of Lebanese origin; and Piroshki, a cottage cheese-filled pie that hails from Russia and Ukraine. In addition to our tips and tricks, we’ll share the history and cultural significance of these delicious savory pies, too!

You’ll leave the BAKE! class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and all the savory pies you made in class.

In-Person: We'll end class with a tasting of what we made and you'll go home with some great coupons.
