Kimchi and Pickles! with Chef Ji Hye Kim of Miss Kim Korean Restaurant

Have you enjoyed pickled vegetables and kimchi from your favorite Asian restaurants?  Have you seen all these recipes featuring kimchi, but have been intimidated to make them?  Have you purchased a jar of kimchi only to have it disappear in a couple of days?  We've all been there too.  That's before we learned to make kimchi and pickles from Chef Ji Hye. 

In this virtual demo, you will learn to make various kimchi and pickles at home and you will never run out of them!  Chef Ji Hye will teach you how to make three types of kimchi and a master Japanese pickle brine that you can adapt to use any of your favorite vegetables and spices.  They are surprisingly easy and versatile.  It will be fun and different to make, beautiful to look at, and of course, super delicious.
