These holiday breads are full of the richest ingredients the season can offer: dried fruit, walnuts, almonds, cinnamon, rum, butter, and vanilla. We'll be baking traditional German Stollen and Hungarian Walnut Beigli, as well as demonstrating Swedish Pain d'Epices, which you are welcome to make along with us. These are the kind of breads that invite you to stay in bed and eat a warm slice with a glass of champagne. A truly decadent gift to yourself for the holidays. what's different when you take this class virtually:
At least a week before class, we will send you a video that demonstrates how to make both the stollen filling and the beigli filling. Both fillings need to prepped at least the day before class.
