Caramel Apple Cake

Perfect for fall! Come learn how to make our decadent and delicious caramel apple cake with two layers of apple butter spice cake, filled with more apple butter, and covered in a rich salted caramel Swiss buttercream. Delish! 

In this hands-on class, you'll learn the basics for making a layer cake and Swiss buttercream icing from scratch* as well as how to fill, crumb coat, and ice the cake you made. 

You'll leave the class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and the caramel apple cake you made in class.

We'll end the in-person class with a tasting and you'll go home with some great coupons.

* Please note, for the virtual class, you'll need a stand mixer with paddle and whip attachments or a hand-held mixer to make the cake and Swiss buttercream.
