The Buche de Noel, or Yule Log, makes any holiday table instantly festive and it's an elegant finish to your special meal. We break down the Bakehouse version of this holiday classic for you and make all of its components: fluffy vanilla chiffon cake, walnut rum buttercream, and chocolate buttercream. Then you'll assemble and decorate your log with fondant mushrooms and holly we provide. Wow your family and friends after class with your creation and for seasons to come.

What's Different When you Take this Class in Person:

Please note that a stand mixer with a whisk attachment are required for this class. Please note that, due to time constraints, we will not be making the meringue mushrooms in this class but we will send out a separate video showing you how to make them on your own time so you can have them ready to decorate.
